For Coaches and Players
An amazing experience
We asked our players, parents and coaches what they wanted in a softball experience as part of our Softball Satisfaction Survey in 2019. We had 140 people respond and we got to work. We've made improvements to everything we do, and started adding new player development programming for 2021. All with the purpose to make the sport better for our players and to grow both the number and competitiveness of teams in our league.
We have added regional programs such as a Softball Skills Camp, "Play at Home" Player Development Program, Regional Tier 1 Teams and Scholarship support for our athletes. And more improvement still come!
For Volunteers
Teamwork Makes the Dream Work
Our volunteers are the backbone of the league. It is no secret that more volunteers mean more and better services for our athletes. We are always looking to improve the player experience and open to new ideas. And it is a great feeling giving 500 young athletes the opportunity to pursue their dream of playing softball. On and off the field, sport is amazingly beneficial to a young person's life path. We thank all our volunteers for their effort! And we encourage you to join with us in making the dream work.
