Association Membership: Teams

Membership in the Central East Women's Fastpitch League is an Association Membership. Teams may only play in the league under their association's membership, and cannot enter individually without an association. Teams completing this registration form must belong to an association who has completed the Association Membership Application. We are unable to consider any team whose association has not met this requirement.

Separate application forms must be completed for each and every team in your association that wishes to play in league. We require this information for scheduling, standings and communications purposes. Without a complete application we will be unable to schedule games.

Please note, the CEWFL's Membership Application and deadline are different than the PWSA's Intent to Participate deadline. All teams stating their intent to participate for the PWSA by January 31, are required to complete their CEWFL Membership Application by March 1st.
