Intent to Participate

Thank you for your interest in entering a team in the Central East Women's Fastpitch League (CEWFL). Please enter one form per association, indicating all teams entering league play on this single form.

PWSA will be seeding their 2021 championship tournament(s) based on league points achieved. To participate in the championship tournament(s), PWSA requires teams to notify a league of their Intent to Participate in league play by January 31, 2021. Inquires or details should be directed to the PWSA Association Registrar at affiliations@pwsaontario.com.

Please note, the CEWFL's Membership Application and deadline are different than the PWSA's Intent to Participate deadline. All teams stating their intent to participate for the PWSA by January 31, are required to complete their CEWFL Membership Application by March 1st.
