Association Membership Application

Membership in the Central East Women's Fastpitch League is an Association Membership. Teams may only play in the league under their association's membership, and cannot enter individually without an association. Following the completion of your association's application below, you will be taken to the Team Membership portion of the application, which must be completed for each team playing in league from your association.

Please note, the CEWFL's Membership Application and deadline are different than the PWSA's Intent to Participate deadline. All teams stating their intent to participate for the PWSA by January 31, are required to complete their CEWFL Membership Application by March 1st.
