Our Work With The League
Excel Fundraising partnered with the CEWFL during a critical period of organizational instability, providing hands-on support to stabilize operations and guide the league through a successful relaunch. This work included clarifying governance structures, updating bylaws and policies, and supporting board leadership with defined roles, responsibilities, and decision-making processes.
To rebuild trust and improve alignment across the league, Excel Fundraising designed and implemented comprehensive member satisfaction surveys and communication strategies. We also led a full refresh of the league’s digital and visual presence, integrating modern tools for scheduling, standings, and member communication to ensure transparency and consistency as league operations resumed.
